  • How can I return a product?You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The total amount will be refunded, shipping costs included. Only the cost of sending the package back from your home to STOX Energy will be at your own expense. If you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal, the product needs to be returned to STOX Energy in the original condition, including all packaging.
